data usage issues

for months i get data turned on before month end then within 4 days im sent message saying ive used 75% then withing hours or a day of too its at 100% and turned off. when i look at usage im no where near limit.

this time data was on on monday sept 26 said 1 day left and showed 645mb used

sept 27 less than 1 day left 845mb used

on sept 28 got notice that ive used 75%

today oct 2 phone shows ive used 215 mb. its like what phone showing is not being cleared at month end / new cycle so then when its back on im starting at usage that phone is showing. im getting ripped off every month like this and had enough

@burgess0208  first  the usage you see earlier might be cached.  To make sure you get the correct usage, please use Incognito Mode to login to My Account

 

Also, you said you used the phone to track usage?  Are you on iPhone or Android?  What app are you using to track the usage?

@burgess0208 , do you have an iPhone with Wi-Fi assist turned on?  Public Mobile is not ripping you off.  Something on your phone is requesting the data.
