I am not able to connect to data on my new phone, the public mobile option as a network does not appear.onky able to text or phone.

What is the make and model of your phone? What version is your OS?

@8renda-L what brand and model is your phone?
if you are able to text and talk, you are connected to PM network already, just data has problem, could be issue with APN
try to click Reset All network and see if the phone can pick up the APN
if not, go to the APN settings and compare

@8renda-L , can you please try using auto network connection instead of manual search. In the meantime check also that the APN settings are correct and also that data counters limits are not at limit and blocking data usage.
