I paid 25 dollars for a new plan rather than waiting till October 13 because I wanted data immediately. But it looks like the service isn’t working. Plz look into it. Or refund my money

you run out of data or buying add-ons, if you have data
open ticket with PM support and ask them to check it for you

Did you just add $25 to your account balance? Did you change plans? You cannot renew the same plan early. You have to contact customer support to renew it for you.
Otherwise your choice is to change plans (if you have promo data you will likely lose it) or purchase a $15/1gb data add on.
If you are on the points program you can redeem 10 points for a 1gb data add on.
With the exception of 10-day US roaming add-ons all other add-ons are one time purchases that do not expire. Instead they roll over every 30 days until completely consumed.

@joshuasans98 try to reboot your phone and see if you can access the new data from the $25 plan
also, make sue you don't have a data limit set on your phone and stops you from using the new data

@joshuasans98 , please try using incognito mode to check your self serve account. You might be seeing a cached page which contains out of date information.
