@guyc   I'd agree with @JK8's suggestion, that you schedule a plan change (not immediate change) to either the $40/15GB or $45/20GB plan if you're needing to top up with extra data between renewals.

HI @guyc   did you try to clear cache first and then restart browser to check the usage again? 

or try to use Private/Incognito mode to check?

Click any little spinner refresh icons you see lower down to make sure you're seeing recent information. Or use private mode.

This is not pay as you go in case you're thinking adding money does anything. Adding money is only good for buying add-ons or for renewal.

What plan are you on?

To see an accurate count of your data usage clear your browser cache and history and open a new browser in incognito. There is also the 15GB for $40 or $45 for 20 GB if you are burning through too much data. Make sure your apps are not using data in the background.

@guyc    How do you know that you're out of data?   Did you get a text from PM about your data or can't you log onto any websites anymore?
