@shixiao2 have you rebooted recently? that often helps odd and sudden issues like this.
Also: verify that she hasn't accidentally turned off mobile data on the phone.

Check selfserve Overview page to verify. Its possible that she ran out of data allowance included in her plan. When is the next plan renewal date?

If there is nothing showing under Add-ons in your account, data has been completely consumed.
