hi my mom's phone suddenly no more data, why is this happening?

@shixiao2 have you rebooted recently?  that often helps odd and sudden issues like this.

 

Also:  verify that she hasn't accidentally turned off mobile data on the phone.

she only used 200bm something......

Check selfserve Overview page to verify.  Its possible that she ran out of data allowance included in her plan.  When is the next plan renewal date?

If there is nothing showing under Add-ons in your account, data has been completely consumed.

Login to your self serve and check maybe already used up all aloted data.
If data still available then try rebooting device. Also try removing sim and reinstall and reboot your phone.
If that's doesn't help try sim on a different phone to see if if its phone issue or service
If it's phone then try resetting the phone. And if its service then contact mod
