data not working and account is paid until Feb 10/26

I'm on a 5G plan.  My plan renewed about two weeks ago.

Voice and SMS work, LTE/5G shows and iMessage works on cellular but general mobile data does not.

Please re-provision my 5G data docket , reset not data session and refresh APN/routing

what phone is that?

you removed your old carrier sim card and disable old carrier esim?

you mentioned 5G does not work, but did you test 4G or LTE and confirmed data on 4G or LTE works?

and did you try Reboot phone then click Reset network settings?
