data issues again

my data according to my account was to reset back to 100% today. It worked for an hour, then it quit again...this happened all last month as well, super aggravating. what can be done to sort out data problems, I need it for work  =/

@Mac18   There does seem to be a lot of issues with date over the last little while so I would submit a ticket to customer support and ask them to take a look at your account.  Here's a link to chatbot:  https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html

@Mac18 Does it show 100% used in your self-serve account? Did you check the data usage in your phone settings to see if some apps used data today?

turn off all apps background, and call *611 to check out your usage data.

@Mac18 if you show data left on your plan in your self serve account, then it should be available to you.

Try:

  • restart your phone
  • toggle into and out of airplane mode
  • perform a Reset of the device's Network Settings
  • if you put your SIM card into another phone does data work? Now try the sim back into your phone.
