No you cannot have 2 SIM cards with the same phone number. If you have 2 phones you will need 2 SIM Cards. But SIM cards can be moved from phone to phone if you need it for a new phone but it will only be able to be in the new phone not the old one too.

No you can't,, each account one SIM card with one number.
if you want to activated another account you need an separate email and phone number.
in here not have optin to add it

Nope you can’t only one SIM card number/ telephone number.
If you have 2 SIMs and a dual SIM phone. You can have 2 different number on one phone.

@Taurock no you can't but why? you can change a sim to use that number but then the first sim will no longer work
