I am having a problem with my account it seems...I have 1gb of data included then added a data-addon of 1 more gb....so before the 1 gb in the usage page work “take data” from the main 1gb...then carry into my addon....now I got a warning that I had used 75% of my data....but I noticed the amount is coming out of the addon usage part...so last month it “maxed out” at my 1 gb of data....what happened to my regular use data then? so basically I am paying extra for 1gb of data but really only getting 1gb to use instead of 2gb of data....

@mimmo $1000 says the system is not incorrectly using add-on data before plan data-- @wetcoaster's reply is almost always the cause.

Do you still see the "regular" data that is part of your plan? If it's not listed under usage it's all used up and the system goes on to use your add-on data.
If I'm running out of my 6GB data, that line will disappear in this overview and the 1GB add-on will kick in until my renewal date. Once my plan data has reset at my renewal date, the add-on goes back to stand-by until I need it again - it will carry over until I've used it all up (the plan data will reset at renewal and not carry over).
Also... If you are running out of your data on a regular basis it might be worthwhile to look at a bigger plan and/or figure out how you are loosing data (ie don't allow your phone doing updates over data, limit background activity of apps whenever possible, turn WiFi assist off etc)

If your add-on data is being used before your plan data you have an issue with your account and mods need to address this. If you are 100% sure that this is the case please contact them. As they Re the only ones who can fix that type of issue.
