Hello!
I used to have a $10/month plan that was switched to the new $13 plans automatically a few months ago.
Sometime around then the data add-ons on my account were deleted. the text/minutes addons remained.
I only noticed recently as I don't use the data very often.
Can you assist in getting the data addons back for me please?

Check your usage in your phone. Most phones go back at least months. You will get an idea of how much data you have been using.

Did you possibly keep any screenshots of your overview page from before the forced plan change?
Can you check your usage details for any extreme data usage?
I had something like that happen back in December area where they completely ruined my account. I had screenshots and they got around to putting everything back.
But you need to be sure you had the data and that you didn't use it all in the meantime.

Hi @needsumdata789 your $10 /$13 data plan does not come with any data. The data you saw would be those from Christmas give-a-way. If it is gone, it would be that you used them all. Did you notice the number showing amount used had been constantly going up before? Likely you have used them all
If you want to confirm, open ticket with PM Cs agent:

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent

Are you referring to the More is Merrier bonus data ? Check with a CSA to see if they can help you...
