What issues are you having in particular? It is a fairly easy set up alone that you cna do yourself unless there are some other issues precluding you from doing that.

How long have you been a customer? Were you able to access your self service account (My account) before?
Did you initially sign up in store ? or at home?
If you signed up previously in store, you will need to create My account. This requires the help of the customer service agent.
If you signed up at home initially, you would have created My account when you activated your SIM card. You choose your email address to login and your password.
