How do i contact customer service agent, The sytem took my money never got esim or select my number

First of all, does your phone eSIM compatible?
If it is then you should have got an email from PM with the QR code to activate the eSIM. Check your spam email box to see if it is there.
If your phone is not eSIM compatible then you need to purchase new SIM and activate it on the PM app.

If you started the signup process using the website you will have to download the app and continue the activation there.
It is with that app that you will go through the rest of the process such as installing the eSIM and selecting your number.

Just type ‘ticket’ and follow prompts. Having a ticket is preferred way to contact agent as they might respond faster then receiving personal mail.
