How do I switch from my current plan $102/months for 150gb to $35/month for 75gb CAN/USD/MEX?  I do not see the plan in my subscription page.

I was on the same subscription a month ago. I contacted @CS_Agent, as suggested by @hairbag1, and they offered to get me switched over to the 30 day subscription that was being offered. I have been on 90 day subscriptions in the past with no issues going back to 30 days, but the system seems to be disallowing the option to switch to lower priced tiers.

Thank you for that info...good to know they'll do that for existing customers.

Technically...that's correct. You could message customer support and ask to be changed to the plan of your choice. Click on the orange bubble on lower right side of the page to start that process. Tell them what you want, what you have, your acct #, your ph #, the name on Acct and your PM pin #. Let us know if they respond to your request favorably.

@Mardy I posted this earlier today when someone was asking a similar question although they were on a cheaper plan then you...

"we have had a few very similar posts in the last few days (I myself have scheduled to change to this plan on my next renewal). A work-around that has worked for a few other customers was for them to select the cheapest available plan which I believe was a $30 Canada only plan. They selected "Change now" which means they will get billed immediately at the new $30 price and will forfeit any remaining days left on their current subscription but within 24hrs or less they were then able to see the $35 Canada-US-Mex plan and then select it with "Change on renewal" so that they will lock in the offer for when the plan is due to reset so that they do not forfeit any additional already paid days. I don't work for Public Mobile so I can't guarantee this will work for everyone but it's something to think about if you really want this plan

Here was the post from yesterday if you want to read through it...
https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/Get-Support/How-to-switch-from-36-cad-us-plan-to-35-c..."

The problem for you is that you are not seeing the $30 plan because you are on a much more expensive plan right now. You could try switching to your cheapest plan, the $36 one and to do so you would need to pick "Change now" which means you would be billed now and forfeit any remaining days and data on your current month. Then, within 24hrs or possibly less, you would "hopefully" see an option for the $30 plan but to change to that one you would need to pick the "Change now" again which means you just forfeited the first $36 dollars as you would be billed again. Then hopefully you would see the $35 Canada-US-Mex plan. As I mentioned to the other customer, I'm not an employee so I can't guarantee that it will work especially since you have an additional step.

@Mardy Correct. Do you see a $30 4G plan? Others have reported success in changing to this one now and then the $35/75GB US/Can/Mex plan shows up as available and the selected it to change on next renewal.

Edit: This is the 90 day plan I'm guessing of $34/50GB? No reason you shouldn't see the $35 plan. Do as @hairbag1 suggested, contacting CS.

renewal is Jan 30, 2025.  The lowest 5G plan I see is 36 for 50GB CAN/US.

@Mardy

as an existing customer, we can only change to plans currently available in our own accounts...each customer will have different options.

@Mardy Public Mobile has changed what plans they offer to existing customers to be based off of what plan they currently have, in short, we do not have access to all plans even if they are not part of the "New customers only plans". What is the cheapest plan you currently see available to you? and, when are you do for your next renewal?
