Indeed - the ongoing differences between mobile and desktop browser presentations.

 EDIT:  I think the direct link to one’s own mailbox works on any browser presentation. 😉

@HALIMACS - if you are mobile the envelope doesn't show, but if OP / @Jax0904 is on desktop then their envelope will show on the top right corner. 

But if OP is on mobile they have to tap on their avatar to see their messages.

Just trying to point members in the right direction to find that location, so they know how to do this themselves. 🙂

@Jax0904 Opening new topic for each post of same issue isn't the way to go. Submit a ticket and they will get back to you.

@Jax0904 Not sure what you are looking for but this isn't a chat board with CS agents. We are just fellow customers. If you have an open ticket you need to communicate with them through there. Otherwise open a ticket by selecting "Get Help" and then "Contact Us".
