I’m having trouble with my login for my account - I’ve now had to create a third account just to connect with you bc you’ve locked me out of my Jxxxxxx@gmail.com account - I’ve been trying to reset the password for three days and whenever I reset, I use the new password and I’m locked out. All I’m trying to do is update my credit card which has expired.

When you login with email, make sure that you don't save the password and click login.
Clear browser or cache, type the email address and password from scratch. Don't click what's there already, this could cause errors.
