Lost my phone now I want to get a new sim card from the store and it says my number is  not found.

first you must get a new cell and download the Public Mobile app. Then log in to your account. If new cell takes esim, then you can buy a esim in the account.

If you still want to use hard sim, get that before logging in to your account. Amazon has them for about $10 with FAST shipping.

if you buy sim card, you don't need to give the phone number to the store

this is what to do

  1. buy a Public Mobile sim card from Telus or Koodo or Mobile Klink store or via Amazon
  2. ask PM to help to update the sim card number on your account

     Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket.  So, you will need to message them here:
