cs_agent Missing $10 reward for signing up

I activated my account on May 4th and I still have not received my $10 reward. My phone number is 639-xxx-xxxx.

The $10 isn't a reward but rather an account credit.  Also, there is no $10 account credit just for signing up. For a new customer to get the mentioned $10 credit, a referral code must have been used during the activation process.  Was a referral code used?

@FF013 please note that this is a public forum so anyone on the internet can see what you are posting so you should edit your post and remove any personal information.

The $10 reward should show up as a $10 credit that will be applied towards your 2nd bill payment. If you go to the "Payment" tab in your PM account you should see it showing under the "Available Funds" section. If it is not there then open a ticket with a customer support agent and they will correct it for you.

To open a ticket through the Chatbot:

(and then type “Submit ticket” and then follow the prompts)
