credit doesnt work

Hi will, i am having a really hard time in trasnfer my 40$ voucher that i bought and change my plans from 50$ to $40. it seems theres no option i can make that. the amount is already credited in my acc. but when comes to me to chose the plan and pay for it, its asking me for the vouch number which i already credited in my acc. could you please help me
