My balance ran out on my phone and I was not able to renew it right away. It has been 1 month. I went onto my account last week to make a payment. My credit card has since expired so I went into the payment page of my portal to add funds and update card. Two things are happening. It says enter and amount over $150 which I am, trying to add $200 but it keeps defaulting saying the same thing over and over. If I try to move on and update my card it will go to the card info page but then it will not let me input card details. Its like the page is locked, I cannot input anything. I left it there figuring it was a glitch but its doing the same still a week later. any advice?? thanks.

hi @jess12540 you shouldn't need to load that much money. We can load as little as $5
did you try using Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser? did you try using the PM app?
or ask support to check by submit ticket via Chatbot. Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" , "Other", "Log In".
