credit card decline plan amount is now different

my credit card declined and when I logged in to pay the amount owing it is $56 instead of the usual $34.  When a card is declined is the plan subscription promotion cancelled? how do I only pay what my plan should be?


@meg4 wait an hour and try to change the card again

if still fails, open ticket with support for help:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there
If you need to resume the account quickly, get a voucher from SDM/711/Shell/London Drug and load the voucher via *611


log in on a laptop but use incognito mode. Then uodate cc info.

thank you. Also, when I am trying to change my credit card it is saying oops try again later?


@meg4   you have the $55 plan with $20 credit?  

if a payment was missed due to Autopay failure or other reason , it is NORMAL that  you have to first pay the full amount of the plan ($55) to resume the serivce first.  But no worry, the $20 will be there. After couple days, PM will credit you back the $20 into your account as Available Fund.  So, you didn't loss the promotion.  Just that you have to pay the full amount first and get the credit after
