My contact list didn't get transferred over. It's still in my phone, however I can't make a call from the contact list. I have to use the keypad to make calls. I tried going into settings and transferring it from the

There's no such thing as carrier contacts. Public Mobile does not maintain a list of contacts for customers. This is up to the customer to do and the information is saved on the device. Exporting contacts from this device won't work as they aren't there based on this customer's reports. Also, exporting the contacts would be the purpose of backing up the contacts and would only be an option if the customer currently has the contacts saved on a different device. The customer would then need to import the contacts to the current device to restore them.

Unfortunately, this is a still a phone device issue. Carriers do not store or maintain your contact list. If the list hasn't been backed up at your request to service such as one of your e-mail accounts or unless you've saved the information to a file, you'll need to manually re-enter the entries.

@Cannerichsrds your contact list didn't get to transfer over.. that is a device setup issue, not PM's
Please go back to your old phone, backup the contact to Cloud and you can then sync back to the new phone after

just try rebooting the phone to see if that has any affect.
