Click the "?" in lower right side of the page to talk with moderator and receive assistance. Type 'contact moderator" then follow directions. They get back to you in 1-3 hours.

Lots of account changes you can do by yourself using your selfserve
Every time when you are in doubt how to proceed this is the place to come to ask questions and look for advice.
I highly suggest searching through the community, chances are somebody else had similar problem and you will be able to find how they resolved it. If there was no (obvious) solution to the problem, please go ahead and ask the question. Please try placing it in the right category and if the community does manage to help, please mark the answer that helped as the solution, it does help other people like you and me in the future.
If community cannot help, either because nobody is sure or because of need of access to the background gears of your account or authority of employee is needed, then you can contact moderators either directly or through Simon. Simon will create traceable ticket for you and speedup the process, but sometimes he's down so you can chat with them directly

Only a moderator can be contacted for assistance by clicking ?, bottom right, and follow instructions. The community offers help, as well, when a question is posted.

To contact Public Mobile click here. The link sends you to the private message function and adds the moderator team as recipient for a private message. You just have to enter a title and text in the body of the message describing the problem and post. The message will be received by the moderator team and they will respond to it. You will receive the response in your private message inbox.
Moderators are available: M-F from 8 AM to midnight Eastern time and S-S from 8 AM to 10 PM Eastern time.

@ever10 No, you cannot talk to a person via phone or text. It must be done through a ticket or private message. Start a conversation with Simon (chat bot) by clicking HERE to submit a ticket to the Moderator Team.

The only way to contact a moderator is by submitting a ticket by clicking on the question mark on the bottom right. You can also post to the forum to get assistance by community members.
