I cannot confirm identity on new phone because i do not receive text or phone message. I cannot make or receive calls. Can receive text from another person, but not from Public Mobile. what is wrong?

eSIM or physical sim?
if physical, can you try your sim card in another phone and test?
if still unable to even make an outgoing calls, the sim was not provisioned properly. Easy for for PM support, you just need to engage them via message:
