I’ve recently just activated a sims card with you guys but I don’t have service, was just wondering why

yeah i just tired it in another phone and it says no service in the both of them

Yes this is great for IPhone....especially check network settings and updates....

If you still have no service try airplane mode. Again wait a few minutes. Then turn airplane mode off. Anything?

@Jorja-White  do you have access to another cell phone to try your sim card in just to rule out if it's the Sim card or phone?

Or just remove SIM card wait a few minutes reinsert...power up again.

yeah i shut it down for a bit but it still shows no services 

So @Jorja-White  what does the phone say in the top left corner? No Sim,  no service?

Yes I received an email. And i ported my own. And no I don’t have any service what so ever

If you received the email we can troubleshoot if not you probably need to try again. Did you choose anew number or port your own from another provider? Try rebooting your phone.  Remove the SIM wait 10 min reinsert and power up. Do you have any service? Text? Calling? Data?

There can be several reasons for no service  and as many fixes but a little more info required to narrow it down. Did u get a welcome email and if you used a credit card was it charged?
