why i have to have two different account for PM my account and PM community account?

The simple answer is the systems are not within the same package. Community is a Lithium provided message board, and the My Account (Self-Serve) is Public Mobiles plan and accounting package for cellular service.
Link your accounts by having the same email listed in the My Account, as you use for the community forum.

@bhavpate4 Your selfserve account allows you to manage your account and plan. You community account allows you to get support and also to earn community rewards by helping others.

Community account keeps track of you activity that is used to create your rewards, you earn.

Community account keeps track of rewards and then they can be added to the selfserve account for rewards there.
