why i  am not able to dial 1-800 numbers?

Some 1-8xx numbers are not available through PM service. As one customer mentioned 1-8xx could be set up outside on North America and PM recognizing that will not let you connect to it.

What does that have to do with not being able to call 1-800 numbers? Customer service being online only wasn't asked about.

you can certainly dial 1800 numbers with PM service.  However, we saw couple community members with the same problem and they need PM support agent to refresh the account to get it working

Please submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:

             Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".

There have been some posts about similar issue.  Ask PM to check and refresh the account.

Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.)  Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen       

But if you have trouble using Chatbot to open ticket, then message PM using this link:
