The Walmart at 11 Woodlawn Road West is listed as about 400 meters from you according to Walmart website.  That should be a 5 minute walk or about a 1 minute drive. Google Maps says 1.2km but either way, it's very close.  Their phone number is 519-767-1600 if you want to call ahead and ask if they have Public Mobile sim cards and also whether they will sell it without forcing you to activate at the store.
