Is there a way to reopen a closed account I am this persons neighbour and know she did not know about the problem with notices due to illness and not using her cell phone (she has a landline). She is in the hospital now (in her 80's) and would like to use her phone . what needs to be done

you need to check with PM agent directly. They might be able to help if the account was just recently closed

@112Hardy-78 It depends on how long her PM account has been suspended. If she hasn't been paying to keep her PM service active and if it has been 90 days or more since the renewal failed, she is out of luck. Once an account has been dormant for that long, the account is closed, the sim is no longer any good and the number is sent back to whichever provider it first came from.
Edit: easiest thing to do is just buy another sim card and open up a new account with a new number (using a different email address)
