charged for my phone plan for Feb 28th my new plan and then again on Feb 29th my old plan

@Sansan   It looks to me as though the $17.25 is for a US roaming talk and text add-on, not a new plan.

Use the chatbot the orange bubble bottom right to submit a ticket to see if you can get a credit.  However,  pre paid service and no credits are usually provided.
