Could it be the $35 plan but with auto pay discount and maybe one friend referral? That would be $32 + Tax = $35.84.

@caren1   Look like it is charge for plan renewal, or what make you not agree with that ?  can you provide more information?

Also, what is your regular Plan amount?  Make sure you aware that tax will be add on top of the amount due.

Are you in BC or Manitoba?  Maybe it was $32 + 12% tax = 35.84?

If you do not see the funds in your Available Balance on your Self Serve account, then maybe one of the below occurred:

  1. Your credit card showing 2 Pending Charges, and once the charges are authorized, one charge should fall away.
  2. They are Authorized credit card charges, and you activated in-store, and they accidentally created two accounts. This is probably unlikely, but I don't think unheard of. If this is the case, contact Customer Support Agents.
  3. You renewed your plan early, charging you your plan plus taxes amount.

Is that charge from Public Mobile?

When did you join PM and what plan do you have?
What your PM account says when you log into it?

@caren1

Have you checked the Payment history in your self-serve account?

See what amount is showing or post a screenshot so we can take a look at it.

 @caren1 : Are you a client here? That's $32 before tax in BC. Does anybody have access to your payment card? I gather the charge says something about Public Mobile at your payment card?

Maybe it was for GrubHub!    😆

If you were hungry, that is.

Edit

It'll probably continue to be a great mystery if the OP doesn't give us more information to go on.   Oh well.
