changing to lower cost subscriptions

I am trying to change to a lower cost subscription.  Currently have $30 per month  and don't need that much data.  I watched the how to video but only my current subscription comes up, no new ones.

hi @JohnnyMackie changing to cheaper plan with less data is not impossible, but it is true it might not be there often 

check My Account, Change Subscription page and see what plans they have.  if you dont see a plan you like, just keep checking, they will offer different ones

You can change your plan to plans available on your account ONLY!

If desired plan is NOT visible on your account that means it is NOT available to you and even talking to agent you cannot get it.

Some plans are available to NEW customers only and sometimes some nice plans are offered to existing customers.

In most (all) cases downgrading plan is NOT possible so to get cheaper plan will involve closing current account, losing number and subscribing again (+ cost of new SIM).
