All of this nonsense is unacceptable that i cannot talk to a person from public mobile to address a phone plan issue and coming on here looking for answers from other people. Am i paying other people a phone plan each month.

I did not mean I am literally paying other people a phone plan..i just meant it is ridiculous that companies are making people solve their product problems and everyone is buying into it. They make enough money to have a live customer service person address issues. My comment was to say: Im paying public mobile for plan, they should be the one helping me….I should not be on here trying to get other people/customers to help me with an issue when they are not the ones I am giving my money to each month.

all plans here are prepaid
if you just want to load the voucher for renewal, you can dial *611 and follow the instructions and enter the voucher pin
or you can login My Account and load the voucher there at the Payment page

When i got the plan it was 'pay as you go' as far as i was told and still is…it is different from the pre-paid plans…it is a prepaid plan I want to switch to because now they raised the cost of the pay as you go plan to the cost of the lowest priced prepaid plan. I normally buy a voucher each month for the pay as you go and I have already gotten a voucher for this next month and want to use it instead for the pre-paid plan. thanks for direction...

Why you think you are paying other people a phone plan each month? what made you suspect that?. can you explain? Or can you login My Account and check the plan details and phone number?

there is no Pay as you go plan here. All plans are the same type of plan, Prepaid plan
you can "talk" to a person, but via messaging. And you need to open ticket
Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
But if you have trouble using Chatbot to open ticket, then message PM using this link:
