  • I recently purchased a subscription however my phone was brought in US and doesn’t have a sim slot. Every time I try to activate the esim it asks me to download the app however downloading app is not possible since it’s unavailable in app store even after changing the region. I already made the payment and don’t know what to do @Nelisha

Hello

To change your iPhone's App Store from US to Canada, go to Settings, tap your Apple ID at the top, then Media & Purchases > View Account > Country/Region > Change Country or Region.  Then reboot. Then you'll be on the Canadian app store and you can download the Public Mobile app. Easy as pie. I've done it several times so I can have US apps on my iPhones

I have an Iphone and I have been trying to submit the ticket as well however it just makes me move around in circles and has been really a help to me

the app store has to be set to Canada to download the app, did you do that?

if you have an Android, you can sideload the app.  But if it is an iPhone, it will be a bit troble.  Ask PM support agent and see how they can help
