All of this nonsense is unacceptable that i cannot talk to a person from public mobile to address a phone plan issue and coming on here looking for answers from other people. Am i paying other people a phone plan each month.
I did not mean I am literally paying other people a phone plan..i just meant it is ridiculous that companies are making people solve their product problems and everyone is buying into it. They make enough money to have a live customer service person ...
When i got the plan it was 'pay as you go' as far as i was told and still is…it is different from the pre-paid plans…it is a prepaid plan I want to switch to because now they raised the cost of the pay as you go plan to the cost of the lowest priced...
