@EstherB it happens. Try clearimg your browser history, go to private/ incognito mode and try again to switcj your plan. You can also try again in a couple of hours. Please note that if you change your plan immediately you lose whatever you paid for this cycle and will be immediately charged for the full cost of the new plan. Its recommended that you switch at next renewal date. Here's an article on switching plans.

I’ve read about some outages today affecting self serve maybe that what your experiencing. Try logging back in in incognito and see if that helps
