changing how auto pay is taken

My credit card went missing and I'm waiting for a new one. Id like to auto pay thru my bank. 

Account is locked since credit card didnt work

You cannot pay PM bill through your bank.

Only credit cards and visa debit are accepted and have to be registered with PM.

Another way to pay and restart your service is using voucher and calling 611 or logging into your account.

HI @DMIsaac   Your account was suspended and not locked, I believe

do you have a Visa debit, you can update your current card with a Visa Debit instead

if you don't have one, the best way is to buy a voucher from Shoppers drug mart or 7-11 or Shell or London drugs and load up the voucher to reactivate the account

tried use browser from computer,and clear cache and cookies and use one page inPrivate mode,

To Login Page

and go to payment,,, manage payment method and update card information and save payment.

you will get verification code by email or SMS
and inserting the 6 digit number and not press anything
just wait a 5 second automatically be login,,

until you complete updated credit card payment use vouchers,

if you need ASAP to make payment you can go to Shell Stations to purchase vouchers

and add to your account by call *611

once connected press (1) then (1) again and enter the 12 digit PIN #,

@DMIsaac Hi in the meantime you can buy a voucher online  and pay at *611 hopefully your new cc will come shortly
