changed more data plan asap, paid but new plan didnt activate yet

• I changed more data plan,

Chose activatation date asap,

Paid successfully,

But still i  old plan and keep asking me to buy more data add on.

Now getting text i ve used 95% data.

Pls help.

I chose immidiate change, and it was over 2weeks now tho

@moezaw , when doing a plan change and choosing the renewal date, the change will not take place immediately.  Please view your self serve account using incognito mode on your browser to make sure you are viewing fresh information and not cached data.
