Just a reminder that if you're looking to get community rewards you have to have your community account email the same as your self serve account email.

Agree, @computergeek541 , that some SIMon results are equally as relevant to getting applicable ticket categorized and account-verified.
For this one, however, the chatbot seems geared towards changing the Community e-mail address, and not the self-serve address. Even using the phrase "change email" leads to a response which suggests the user 'forgot their self serve e-mail'.
Perhaps when asking SIMon to change e-mail address, it should display either Community or Self-Serve address as first-line options.

To contact a moderator, there are 2 methods:
- Use the ticketing system for a faster response time. Click here and type moderator assistance, then select account-related issue, then select you need a human now. Follow the prompts to submit a ticket, or,
- Send a private message to the moderator by clicking here You’ll need to be logged into your Community account for the link to work.
Watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar.
Typing in something such as "change e-mail address" is going to provide better results in SIMon. Not only does it immediately provide a response to with a prompt change the self serve email address, it will also categorize and properly prioritize the ticket. It also makes it so that the customer doesn't have to go through the different categories to select the correct information. From a security standpoint, the member will also automatically be asked to provide required additional information to prove that the account change is authorized.

In addition to the above directions on how to contact a moderator to change your self serve email address, you may also wish to change your community email address to match what the new self-serve email address will be.
You can easily do that while logged into your community account by clicking your avatar on top right, go down to my settings, and update email address there.
