I am trying to change my email address and can not do that in my account.
I have just registered with community my old email and can not access my old email.

@1755 once your My Account 's email is changed, make sure you change the Community account's email to match.. For this one (email on Community account) you can change it yourself 🙂

@1755 only support can help to change email address on My Account, please open a Forgot password type ticket for email change
1. Open ticket with Chatbot for faster response (2-48 hours), using direct link: https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
Start by typing "Forgot Login Information", then click "Contact Us",, then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗"

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply to you there
