change email and password

Hi weird question i Puk locked my sim card and cannot access my email i use to log in and i forget my password.. Can a Mod please assist i have a new sim card and need to log on to my account.

@Dman420  before changing your SIM ask them for the puk code and try it. Also, if you don't have access to the old email address, give them a new email address to switch your account over to and ask them for a temporary password. Use this private message link to contact the moderators directly

Check your private message sent box (click on the envelope top right of your screen) to make sure the message was sent. Also keep an eye on the envelope, the mods answer will show up there.
You can also enable email notification to receive a private message notification sent to your email.
Go into your community account > my settings > PREFERENCES > Private Messenger > enable "Receive email notifications for new private messages" > Save
