like a dummy we created an account for our 14 year old who doesnt use email and now we want to add on to his plan and cant remember anything. what do we do ? we have a pretty good idea of the password , but drawing a blank on the email.

Many people easily miss the part that email and passwords are critical info when creating an account as this is online service only. I cannot remember registration process, but if not doing already, PM should ask users for email verification by sending a code and requesting that code in the process. Many companies do that to ensure validity of email. If PM is already doing this, then there is not much else they can do, it is up to users to keep that info.

you need to Contact Customer Support Agent by CS_Agent, and Explain your issue to
them can solve your issue, they are nice Service Team they will help you 100%.
and them will reset for you,

Click on your air balloon avatar above, then go down to My Settings.
Could the e-mail address being used for your Community account displaying there also be the one you registered with your self-serve account?
Give that one a try with the password you know.

@kevinmacneill did you try to use the Forgot Password link? you can enter as many time , if you get the correct one , it will as you for the Security Question and the step 2. So, at that time, you know the email address and you can try logging on with the password you have
If you cannot get the email address used that way, you can open a ticket with PM to have the credentials reset.
click on the Bubble on the lower right or directly at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
Follow these these to get to ticket open page quicker:
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent

You can check your various email accounts. You should have received a welcome email when you first emailed.
You can also try to reset your password. Try your various email address to see whether you receive the reset password email.

Finally, if you are still unable, you will need to contact customer service agent.
Click on the chat bubble icon on the right lower corner of website to start ticketing process to contact CSA. Type: I can't login. Follow the prompts to submit ticket.
CSA may ask a few questions to verify account ownership and then should be able to help you. Response times can take a few hours. Check your private message inbox (envelope in upper right corner of website).
