cant make a call

hello, i have been a public mobile for a wile now i have the 10$ plan for 50 canada wide min a month. all of a sudden for about 3 days now i can not make a call. i get a message saying we are unable to complet you call as its long distance and you have no long distance add on on your account. my plan is 50 min canada wide up untill now i have had no issues with making calls any where in in my local community or across canada. can some one help please

You likely used all your calling minutes.

 

You can logon your self-serve account to check the status.

Look at the bottom left under [Data and add-ons].

If you do not see a line showing your calling minutes usage, you have used up all 50 minutes.

 

To supplement your plan calling minutes, you can buy a calling add-on.

It's $5 for 500 Canada-wide minutes and it does not expire.
