If you just activated a new SIM/account. Contact a CS_Agent to investigate the issue.

If you are an existing member, check to see if there is an outage in your area.

@mike136  Did you just join public mobile ? If yes try and reboot the phone first . If your existing customer can you log into your account and confirm its status is it active or suspended , if suspended you need make manual payment .

If it’s active and no outage in your area also try adding in 1 infront of the 10 digit contact if still no luck
