@nari PM is having issue with Chabot ticketing and your ticket could be stuck.  Please message them here instead:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there

 

 

Also, to resume service quickly, consider getting voucher form SDM/Shell/711/London drug or online (with a small fees) from ding.com/recharge.com/muskbird.com, then load the voucher via *611

I'm having the same issue. Opened a ticket on Saturday and no response. Opened another one yesterday and nothing. Need to get in to pay so I currently do not have a phone. I have not been in nonpay/suspended for 90 days (it's been like 4 days) and I have accessed the account fine before. I tried resetting the password like 3 times but nothing is working. At one point early on it brought me to a page that said something like "this page is no longer available".

@gs4  - if you never created a self serve account before, and you are a current customer, you can register for one here:   https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/self-registration/

 

Or, if you have been a customer previously, and your account has been in nonpay/suspended status for over 90 days, then your account, phone number and access to self serve is gone.

@gs4  did you ever login My Account before?  did it work before but stop working? or you just activated and never login?

 

If you just activated , did you activated instore? 

 

If you activated yourself , you should be able to login.  Try Forgot password link to see if you can reset

If fails, open a ticket with PM Support
