this is another account I made to access the community forums.
my original account with an active subscription has me permanently locked out.
It says you have been locked out for security reasons due to password being typed incorrectly too many times. try again in 1 hour.
That was 2 days ago and it still says that even with the correct password or changing my password 3 times. it must be a glitch. Please help so I can upgrade my subscription and access my account again.

it could simply be a browser cache problem. Please try again using Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to login My Account, or try using the PM app (logoff the app first and log back in)
if same, then you will need support agent to help. You can submit ticket to them by direct message:
