cant get account information for a subscription. No way to pay for account

Had a public mobile account for years.  Scotia visa debit card with expiry date of 0724 ran out and received new card with same numbers and new expiry date.  Public mobiles system will not allow new card for subscription , no way to pay cellphone bill.  Staff seens confused  and has tried four times in the last month to fix.  What to do now with payment date in two days?

I have spend days trying to get subscription page to accept scotia visa debit card to no avail with at least 4 agents trying.  Card worked for years until the expiry date came on the card.

get to Shell gas or London Drug and buy payment vouchers to cover her next regular plan renewal...then, using her cell, dial 611 to add those vouchers to her account. Then you can deal with credit card update without rushing.

@Xenamolly , you should be able to go into your online account and update the credit card.  Are you unable to access your account?  If you having issues, please use the chat symbol on the lower right corner of the web page to initiate a support ticket.
