why when i go to the rewards page i get this message?
"Your services are on hold
Subscription Expiration Date: Jul 24, 2024
Your services are on hold due to the expiration of your subscription. If your services are on hold for more than 90 days, your account will be closed permanently and you'll lose your phone number.."
I am paid up to date and use my service, but cant use points on anything because the systems thinks my bill is unpaid?

Clear the cache on the website then login to your account
On your phone, do a Network reset and see if that worked.
