cannot update card, it always says cannot submit

card info changed, trying to update in my account and will not accept the info, what can i do?

@Konf if you are not in a rush to make payment, please wait a full 24 hours before trying again. Please using Incognito mode to login My Account

Or if you are in a rush to make a payment to resume service, you can buy a voucher from SDM/London Drug/711/Shell and then load the voucher using *611, this can at least get the service back first

@Konf  Yes there’s seems to be issues with updating credit card info . Please submit ticket with support to help
