I can not sign in. It says that my account was suspended. I already succeeded added a $20 voucher to my accouny. It still no allow me to sign in.

@ls2 - if you activated in-store, it is possible you never created a self serve account yet.
If so, you can register for one here: https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/self-registration/
Otherwise, see other posts to help you get back into your self serve.

I'm thinking that isn't the issue. If the account has been closed, the top up wouldn't have been accepted.

Topping up your account doesn't enable you to log in. Do you mean that your service didn't start working?

You should be able to log in into your account even though it is suspended. How else you would add funds and reactivate account? Besides 611.
If you have problem logging in, try different browser. If it does not work very fist rime, contact agent for assistance.
- Use the ticketing system for a faster response time (preferred method as Ticket is assigned and easy to follow up with CSA). Click Chatbot - Ticket and type ticket, then click on Contact Us, then click on issue you inquire about. Link for creating ticket will be presented. It ticketing does not work very fist time do the below.
