cannot remember username or pwd to my son's account that I pay for

I pay for my son's account  (name removed) using my credit card. I had to get a new card and I need to update account payments but I cannot.

 

I also have an account for my other son (name removed) using (e-mail address removed) and the pwd for that account.

 

How can I get the userid and pwd for Daniel's account so that I can change the card and restore payment for his account?

 

If I cannot, can I make a new account on his behalf?

In the meantime if you want to get it up and running asap you can get a voucher and use *611 to resume service. Just make sure you go to one that is activated immediately. London Drugs. 7/11 Shoppers Drug Mart seem to be reliable

@bpugh22    First click the downward arrow top right of your post and immediately delete all names and emails from it as you're posting on a public forum
